3210. You will be asked to text your Aadhaar card number. Make sure to send  SMS from your registered mobile number. If it is not already registered, you will need to register it first. Once the Aadhaar card number has been verified, you will receive a message confirming the link between your HP Gas connection and your Aadhaar card.

If you are unable to link your Aadhaar card to your HP Gas connection via SMS or IVRS,  you can mail the relevant documents required for this. The Government of India may accept  documents sent by courier. You should send a copy of your Aadhaar letter, your HP Gas customer number, mobile phone number and address to an HP Gas office near you. 

 Before sending Aadhaar letter, make sure  below documents are ready

  • Photo copy of Aadhaar card 
  • Proof of address if your HP Gas delivery address is different from the address on your Aadhaar card 
  • Copy of DGCC / Blue Book Front Page 
  • Recent delivery slip 
  • Required details from point 1 to point 6 in “Aadhaar Registration Sheet”

The Government of India has provided a toll-free number (1802333555) if you wish to speak to the operator you can do so and they will assist you in linking your Aadhaar card to your HP Gas connection. 

 To receive the grant, you need to first link  Aadhaar to your bank account. This can be done by downloading and updating the relevant form and submitting it at your nearby bank branch or at your HP gas-connected offices. You can also link your Aadhaar number to your HP gas connection through your official  HP Gas distributor.

However, before you begin the aadhaar linking process for your HP gas connection, you must first link your aadhaar to your bank account. You can link your aadhaar to your bank account by visiting the nearest bank branch. Alternatively, you can link your Aadhaar to a bank account through your distributor. You must fill out a bank account-aadhaar linkage form (for LPG consumers only) and drop it in the ‘bank dropbox’ located at the distributor’s location.
